I can bet that you’ve not seen a complaint about China’s society reputation. Uncivilized, disgusting and lack of humanity. But if one were to give them a chance, they are in fact, still learning.
If you are willing to spare some time, look up the historical sad story of China’s Cultural Revolution. After learning about their sad history, close one eye and give them a chance! They are indeed, trying to learn and improve.
What I loved about Shanghai was the pretty sceneries the city has to offer. Maybe the following photos could change your mind.

Part of the Bund at night.

Qibao Ancient Town

Along a little street near Qibao Ancient Town

Lujiazui, the commercial side of Shanghai
Meanwhile in the morning…

Observing the locals can be quite an entertainment!
It’s common to see groups of elderly practicing traditional chinese arts together, such as fan dance.

Just an old man doing traditional chinese exercise

Lujiazui as seen from The Bund during sunrise (Approx 6-7am)

The Bund in the morning offers a lovely sight to view.
Did the photos change your mind? Despite what you hear, China still has good people and fairly beautiful as well as endless sceneries to admire. It’s truly worth the visit!
